    getting ready for my cycle?

    its been a long time for me since i juiced. 10 years did it one time and got great results. ready again but would like some input on dosages. i have some bd anadrol (green) tabs and some amps of sustanon by organon. was thinking of 1 tab of drol a day and 1 shot a week of the sust. i have only 50 anadrol tabs for a kick start and then will be only the sustanon. any input is appreciated. looking to be on for 10 weeks

    last time i did dbol and depotestosterone. never did ad50's or sustanon. i followed a good diet definately stayed away from the alcohol when i did it last time. went from 223lbs to 248lbs in 4 weeks. that was 10 yrs back. last winter i was able to bench 365lbs being natural. again input is appreciated.

    Give us your full stats, and we can help you better. Sust should be shot EOD due to the short esters.
    What are your goals for the cycle? length you are gonna run it? Food Intake? Training?

    well i think

    i was interested in 1 shot a week of the sustanon and 1 ad50 a day. looking to do ten weeks. i currently weigh 227lbs and am finally back at the gym. protein intake is 225 grams per day minimum. i dont want to overdue the ad50i want to use it as a kick start. only have 50 tabs anyway.

    Well I suggest you do a bit more research then. As I said, Sust should be shot EOD. You can do what you like but results and sides could be effected.
    Not enough protein in my opinion. GO to the diet forum and check out diets for your goals. Which you still didn't state nor did you give your age!!!

    im 37 y/o

    37 years old, play sports and am looking to put on around 20lbs for the rest of the season. last time i geared up, i put on 25 lbs and felt great. that was at 27 years old

    OK thanks. You should have no problem with reaching that goal. But again, I htink your diet needs looked at. You can post it in the diet forum or just check out diets there so you don't waste your gear by not getting enough calories or macros each day. need 6-8 meals a day!

    In what dosages were these compounds used back then? also what about pct?
    u need to run test longer than that to benefit of it, also sustanon should be shot EOD to get more stable blood levels, due to the testosterone propionate included in the 4 test blend.
    What are ur goals in this cycle and also please post ur diet.

    last time

    i think i started with 1cc of depo test a week and 3 dbol per day. i think i went to 1.5 cc in the third week, and up to 2cc for week 4,5 and then back down accordingly. dbols were 3 per day week 1,2. 5 per day week 3. 6 per day 4,5 and then down accordingly. this might not be completely accurate but pretty close if not right on.

    what is the dose of the drol tabs. Also sust works best when injected eod. So you get the full effect of the short esters. If you dont shoot it eod it's just a was of the first to esters. You would get better gains with a single ester test liek test-e or c.

    Diet needs to be in check bro...like SMAN said you need more protein...as far as the drol....I think they are 50mgs right???/one a day didvided in 2 doses will be fine.....the sus should be every other day but you can get away with a shot on mon.....and a shot on thur.
