it´s a skin steroid I think .. mostly for psoriasis

It's not anabolic. It's for infections, lungs, rash ect.

Don't take it unless you have to.

It's used to reduce inflammation in the body. I've had to give it to my cat before for infections. Typically it causes water retention. Not something you'd want to take unless you needed it.
