Whats up gentlemen. I was wondering where a fella with tattoos goes to donate blood. I heard that if u have tatts they wont take it.
Anyone know? I need to get rid of some soon, I have felt like i am gonna pop
for a while now. Im about to just bleed myself onto the ground and forget
    about it.
    Thanx.

Put on 3 different gang colors and take a stroll through the "bad" part of town. You'll lose all the blood you need to.

yea but a high RBC count usually isnt threatening unless they rise substantially in a short amount of time.

If its drugs your taking that is cause you problems id suggest get off the sauce.

Obviously Im not gonna pop, a little exaggeration. I have not given blood
in like 15 years and my BP is a little high. I have heard giving blood will
help lower it somewhat. And by the way, I dont use drugs...
    Just steroids.

thats what i meant by drugs.

and incase you didnt know steriods are drugs.

if you're on cycle its the drugs most likely that are the culprit of your BP. also your diet, if its high in sodium that'll do it. I have worked ina phlebotomy lab for a bit and I never heard of giving blood to lower BP of that but ill look into it.

I thought that you could not donate blood if your BP was too high.

I think that you would have a hard time stopping bleeding from the high BP.

From my experience, your bp has to be under 190/100 to donate blood and if you are on aas, you can give blood also. Now the tattoo thing I'm not sure of, but if they won't let you donate, you have to go see a doc to have some removed. If your rbc is way high, giving blood will help your bp and you will feel alot better. I know it worked for me.

Donating blood while on gear is a smart thing to do. It will lower your blood pressure, your RBC count and prevent cardiovascular issues like a blood clot or stroke. High RBC's make your blood thicken and slow.

I don't know about tatoo's being an issue. Most Life Blood centers automatically test your dontated blood for infectious diseases.

proven wrong, i get the picture. but what do you do just deny saying anything at all then give the blood? so will the blood just be tossed once analyzed thereafter? Im not so certain im realizing the how-abouts of donating while on aas.

Will they still take it even though you look like your rabies positive?

Do you live at relatively high altitudes? If so, you could possibly have Polycythemia which causes extra red blood cells due to the low concentration of oxygen. High RB count however is not always a bad thing. Some athletes use a trick called blood doping to increase there RB count for competitions and increase their energy. Not trying to give advice other than if it continues to bother you I would recommend seeing a doctor, just trying to inform you of some possibilities.

Well I plan on mauling everyone in the office to death if they refuse to take it so I think they have little choice in the matter really. I mean take the blood or get your face ripped off, come on, what're you gonna choose?
