    First Cycle Tbol Semi Log

    Hey guys,

    Just wanted to give an update on my virgin cycle.

    I decided to shoot for a clean bulk with 50 mg Tbol ED for 6 wks. (Supporting supps Milk thistle 500mg ED, vit. C 1.5g ED, B complex 500mg ed, Flax oil 4 tbls ED)

    I will be posting before and after pics at the conclusion of this cycle

    Starting Stats

    Age: 24, Height: 6'1.5", Weight 192, BF%: ~22. Lifting 2.5 years


    Day 5 - Notes: I began to notice increaed vascularity and better pumps. My appetite and Libido have also increased significantly. Sides: Mild headaches and deadly gas. Weight: 194

    Day 9 - Notes: I sill haven't experienced much increase in strength. Sides: None. Weight: 198

    doing any cardio?
    I am also on day 16 of tbol and var.. strength is up a bit.. im getting leaner as well but I duno if its bc im running 4 times a week and keep a strict diet.. looking foward to more gains shortly.. good luck on rest of cycle

    I was cutting prior to the cycle. I'm now doing light am cardio 3x a week for 45 min.

    Day 11 - Notes: Finally noticing increased strength. Reps went up on Squats and leg presses by 3 reps every set. Muscles are starting to look fuller. Sides: Dry Nose?. Weight:198

    I am also in a first timer situation and considering a tbol/var cycle or maybe tbol by itself. I will be watching your thread closely.

    You should have been in better shape before you started the cycle.....to late now right?

    Don't expect much to happen with tbol alone, maybe lose 5 lbs of fat and gain 5-10 lbs of muscle if your lucky. goodluck

    yeah, man, they need to rearrange the order of the forums...i mean, i know people come here primarily for aas info, and it's good to give it to them, however, put the friggin diet forum up first, with the training forum beneath it...make it mandatory to log in a certain number of posts/time in each before being given access to the aas/profile areas...we should lobby...

    bro, it's never too late, you need to head into the diet forum, make sure you're going about things the right way, otherwise, well, i already know, I personally won't take your "log" to be worth anything more than a porcelain bowl full of gigantic logs...catch me?

    Thats pretty much my goal. I know my BF% is pretty high but WTF I have time to train now and I have all of my ducks in a row (diet, Traiing, supps, sleep, etc.)

    My diet IS in check. Prior to begining this cycle I cut for two months and wanted to get in some good growth before I get super busy traveling again.

    I believe logs like this are very helpful to people coming to this site for info. I simply don't have time to post everything in this log like excersises and diet etc. due to time. Hence the semi log

    Day 13 - Notes: strength increase is noticeable, doign heavier weights for more sets. Pumps getting more powerful. Sides: none Weight: 202 (up 10 lbs already!)

    Day 15 - Notes: had a great Back and Bis workout. Muscles feel pumped to the max...awesome fullness. Sides: none Weight: 202

    How are you up 10lbs in 13 days???? Thats crazy!

    Are you doing any cardio? I thought you were trying to cut BF? hence the 20% BF <--- thought you wanted to lower it?

    You shouldnt be trying to gain weight but rather stay at your current weight and drop BF or rather just lose weight.

    If you gained all muscle and your goal is just to bulk I take back what I said, but 10lbs in 13 days on weak ol tbol is kinda strange. WATCH YOUR DIET CLOSELY.

    I was thinking the same thing.. I used Tbol with Test E before and gained a good amount of weight.. but I was eating like an animal and no carido really.. Right now im on tbol/var and havent gained more than 3 lbs... 3 weeks mark today.. I am def getting more vascular and lean.. also eating clean- lean bulk and doing a good amount of cardio..

    Kinda the same as with me. I didnt gain any SCALE weight on tbol or tbol/var.

    I Maintained weight while dropping noticable BF.

    But also I started at a what I consider a chubby 15% BF at 248lbs. I had muscle but that fat just ruined it. Now I'm down to an effective 238-242lbs of lean mean dominating machine.

    Yea no scale weight for me, but for sure a drop in bodyfat.. People have been commenting alot on how much leaner/cut I look.. Im getting alot of postive comments.. I really prefer this over the bulk bloated look, but nothing to drastic in strength or really size.. I have at least 5 weeks left so Im going to see how things go..

    Come on guys...Obviously he'll gain more on a first cyce, no matter the compund used. I always get a quick jump in weight from tbol, but it always levels out. unless I add another compiund such as test. Then step back...lol

    I'm doing Am cardio 3 days a week.

    I was cutting for two months prior to starting this cycle. I have now upped me KCals to my maintenance level and the pounds are just piling on. I'm not trying to gain weight. The weight seems to be very lean. No noticeable fat gain. I've never, ever been over 200 lbs so I'm pretty stoked.

    My diet is spot on, Thanks for the insight bro, much appreciated.

    Day 17- Notes: Had a great Leg Workout. Strength is way up. Feels like I could squat all day long. Muscles seem to keep becoming harder and fuller. Sides: noticing that I'm a little more lathargic than usual, hard to get out of bed. Weight: 204

    192 22%bf? That means at 10% you would be 165lbs..and thats keeping every bit of muscle if you were to diet down. IMO you are no way ready..but carry on..

    Not to sure about your math here bro. Once again I agree about the BF% issue. As previously mentioned, Why cut if I'm not happy with my size yet. I plan on cutting for what may be every bit of four-six months after completing PCT

    Couldnt agree more. Thats why I tend to stay out of threads like these now. Because if I do comment and give honest truthful answers the person gets all offended. Its ridiculous how easily people get offended when its the simple truth.

    I mean this guy had NO reason to start steroids, with his stats it seems as though he has never even worked out before; as after training naturally for my very first year of bodybuilding I had him by 20lbs, 10% less bodyfat, many years younger and not to mention 4 inches shorter.
    Yet he says his diet is spot on. I mean spot on for him definitely isnt my definition of spot on if his bodyfat is 22%.

    So like you said Chest...carry on. Nothing we can do about these people.

    C-Bino........I'm in no way offended at all and appreciate the critique from all of you guys. I have piss poor genetics and started with no base at all. Had I started younger I would be be much fiurther along in my transformation. Congrats on getting big and cut so quickly.

    My diet while on this cycle is right at my maintence limit in Macros from all clean foods. I have no Idea why I'm still putting on so much wieght. The mirror tells me its muscle wieght. I may kick my cardio up to five days a week instead of three

    day 18- Notes......Wow it's really starting to kick in now. Strength gains are very impressive. Last set of flat bench went from 185 X 3 last week > 205 X 5.5 this week. Felt like the weight was nothing probably could have gone heavier but I was hesitant. Best workout of my life. Sides: Starring down every girl like they're a piece of meat. Weight: 204

    I say always slim up before doing a cycle ... you will be MUCH happier that way. Tbol is an awesome drug amazeing

    Day 20 - Strength still increasing. Body is looking more defined. Can definately feel my muscles growing. Having some awesome workouts. Sides: skin beginnig to become a little more oily than normal, few zits here and their.not bad at all. Weight: 204

    Day 21- Leg day All lifts are up considerably, endurance is very, very good. Tbol is some awesome stuff. Weight gain has apparently leveled off and body is leaning out slowly just as planned. Sides: More tired than usual during the day. Weight: 204

    Day 23 - Chest, tris, delts.......wow thats all I can say. Bench went up again. The strength is fantastic. I can really start seeing the results in the mirror. Chest is looking far bigger, arms are coming along. Hardening up all over. Can't wait to see this cycle through.

    Day 26 - Notes. Calorie intake was way down the past two days due to work, which translated to no gains in the gym for the first time in three weeks . I'm resting up and eating everything in sight to get ready for a hardcore leg workout today. Muscle size and definition very noticeable in mirror. Sides: None. Weight: 201 (shi*)

    I started my TBOL cycle 10 days ago. I was 165lb, 5'10," 12% bf. I did weeks of reading about diet and aas defore and during the first few days.

    I am now 175lbs. No fat gain.

    Everything that NATTY99 is going through on his cycle, I am too, to a tee!!

    Day 27 - Notes: Had an amazing leg workout, legs were like pudding on the way out of gym. All ilfts were up considerably. Pumped to the max. Sides: None. Weight: 203

    so there are TWO guys in this thread using tbol when they could be better prepared otherwise? hmm maybe there is a misconception that since its mild that it shouldnt be taken as seriously as a steroid? either way i hope you guys get a LOT out of the cycle because you cant get your first cycle back
