Just how toxic is Winstrol to the liver? I'm running 50mg/day right now, and I'm wondering if taking Tylenol would greatly increase risks of the drug doing liver damage. I have a slight headache so I took the recommended dose of Tylenol PM. I'm also running around 3g a day of Milk Thistle and 800mg/day of ALA.

r u using Tylenol PM as a sleep aid or pain releif??? if its for pain, I would completely stay from Acetaminophen, especially that it causes a lot of stress on the liver yet alone the winny... take something other than acetaminophen

i have ran 150mg/ED for 7 weeks and had SLIGHTLY elevated liv. enzymes so IMO hepatoxcity is way over rated
