I have a prescription for b12 from my doctor just for that reason. If I run out I just call in a refill which is only like 6 bucks I just ask for some needles and no problem picked up 100 last time just told them I wanted a box so that I wouldn't run out. I know that doesn't help your problem but just something to think about for future reference. Also I have had good luck with Sams and Costco Pharmacy
