Ive been a long time lurker/researcher- and Im ready to start my first cycle.
My training stats are= Started 5'11 279lbs 49% BF
Current 5'11 178 9%BF
I have been training with a solid diet /training program for a while and Im ready to start my first cylce. BUT I think I may have done too Much studying, I have changed up my cylce more times than my underwear, but I think I got it down now.
Please check it out and let me know what you think
week 1-12 500mg Test E
weeks 1-4 20mg DBol (ED)
weeks 1-14 Letro .25mg ED
weeks 1-14 Nolva 10mg ED
MULTI
MILK THISTLE
BCAA's
Pheedo's PCT starting week 15
w/ 4g trib
Starting calories 20% over maint. increasing by 250cals every 10 days
Does this look like a solid plan to you guys , any input/ changes/modifications would help alot.
I just want to make sure My first cylce is a great experience w/ minimal problems.
My goals are to gain a clean 10-15 pounds of LBM with minimal fat gains.
Im still up in the air as to what kind of training I will do- I have had great result with full body training- but I may switch over to a 5 day split (which I have never done) to see if I can shock my body into more growth
