    Are all my ducks lined up???

    Hi all,
    Ive been a long time lurker/researcher- and Im ready to start my first cycle.
    My training stats are= Started 5'11 279lbs 49% BF
    Current 5'11 178 9%BF
    I have been training with a solid diet /training program for a while and Im ready to start my first cylce. BUT I think I may have done too Much studying, I have changed up my cylce more times than my underwear, but I think I got it down now.
    Please check it out and let me know what you think

    week 1-12 500mg Test E
    weeks 1-4 20mg DBol (ED)
    weeks 1-14 Letro .25mg ED
    weeks 1-14 Nolva 10mg ED

    MULTI
    MILK THISTLE
    BCAA's
    Pheedo's PCT starting week 15
    w/ 4g trib

    Starting calories 20% over maint. increasing by 250cals every 10 days

    Does this look like a solid plan to you guys , any input/ changes/modifications would help alot.

    I just want to make sure My first cylce is a great experience w/ minimal problems.

    My goals are to gain a clean 10-15 pounds of LBM with minimal fat gains.
    Im still up in the air as to what kind of training I will do- I have had great result with full body training- but I may switch over to a 5 day split (which I have never done) to see if I can shock my body into more growth

    Sounds like you done your homework well!! You lost 100# naturally? Thats great.
    How old are you?
    PCT shoudl start 14 days after last Test E inject.
    DOn't really need the Dbol for a first cycle, but you should be ok with it.

    no AAS on the fat loose- I used eca to loose the last 25. The rest was cutting out all shit and eating clean -
    24 years old

    The only thing I was up in the air about was running nolva and letro durning the cylce, but I can't really find anything negative about it.

    eh, you shouldn't need the letro, scratch it...i personally like proviron better than nolva, which i save for PCT...

    oh, and damn bro, that's some kickass progress, clean or dirty...good job

    Props On The Weight Loss. Just Hit The Cardio Hard With The Dbol. Make Sure You Adjust Your Diet Properly To Add 10-15 Lbs Of Muscle.

    yeah, i forgot to mention that...head outta here, make your first left, then second right, you'll see a sign that reads: Diet Forum...chill out in there, post your diet (which must be decent, but since you're attempting to pack on some muscle, maybe get a little critique just to be sure)...then make another left, and then after your first stop sign you see: Training Forum...once again, mix it up in there for a spell, ask around, mingle and whatnot...then take it on home...

    (sorry, that was gay, but you get what i'm sayin' right?)

    it's his first cycle...prob. no need for the dbol period, IMO...

    I wouldn't personally cause despite the strength gain, you will gain mostly water with it so I would leave it out since Test E can bloat you as well.

    Best to KNOW what ONE compound is doing to you then WONDER what two are doing and not knowing which one is worse or better

    Point well taken.
    I will drop the dbol and save for a later cycle
    I will just run

    12 weeks test E with all the other mentioned fixings
