Im gonna start Monday my first Clen cycle.
Tell me if this is right 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, start at 25mcgs, and bump it up 25mcgs EOD depending on how I feel?
And Im also taking 1000mg of Taurine a day and 99mg of potassium a day

Looks good! Do you have pill or liquid? I bumped mine up daily, but it was liquid and weak!!
liquid

all you should need to know will be on that thread. i made it to save myself the time of answering the same clen/t3 questions over and over.
as far as bumping it up, you can do it everyday, but it all depends on how much you're feeling it. for me personally, 60mcg of clen combined with 30mcg of t3 is all i need to shake like a leaf. then again, my body is pretty sensitive to stimulants, so most people can use more than that.
personally i think you should double your potassium dose and triple your taurine dose. taurine is usually suggested at 3-5g a day, you're only at 1g.
i used liquid and it was far better than the oral form i used. all depends on the company, how accurately it's dosed, and how it was stored. i have heard of complaints about liquid forms before, but so far i have yet to have any issues. like i said, all depends on where you get it from.Originally Posted by SMAN12B
Im very skeptical taking T3 because I dont wnana hurt myself in the long run
t3 when taken sensibly, by which i mean slowly upping your dose and only to reasonable levels, is just about as safe as clen. the only serious concerns on t3 is thyrotoxicosis and thyroid storm.Originally Posted by SVTMuscle
as far as it's concerns for causing hypothyroidism, the claims are completely unfounded. there have been plenty of studies done in which it had been used for months at a time with little to no thyroid activity suppression at all, and when discontinued, the thyroid in all studies i've seen had returned right back to normal production.
i think clen should be plenty enough to do the job for most people. however, when looking to get that last little bit of stubborn fat off, the clen/t3 combo might just do the trick.
I've never needed taurine while on clen.
how did u kno thatOriginally Posted by roidattack

He knew because the purpose of Taurine in a Clen cycle is to stabilize fluid levels to prevent cramping.Originally Posted by SVTMuscle
Since he never experienced cramping (neither did I in my first cycle), he didn’t need Taurine.
I’d recommend keeping the Taurine on hand, IF you experience cramps, take 500mgs ED. This is sufficient for many, however, if they persist especially the pesky lock jaw cramp or the painfully weird one between the scrotum and rectum (virtually inexplicable), up your dose to 1000mgs. Rarely, does anyone need more than that for Clen.

Clen never gave me that great of results besides shaking.....
i would honestly run it for 8 weeks straight..i noticed nothing qthe 2 week on 2 week off thing..just get some benadryl to cycle through to keep receptors fresh...
also see it could take 4 days to get used to before you stop shaking and shaking is soo annoying..why stop for 2 weeks and deal with the shaking again and again ya know?
has worked well in the past for me, I do the 2 wks on 2 wks off cycle. Helps to jumpstart the cutting process.
I did 6 weeks with the benadryl for the 3rd and 6th week and I noticed the clen's effectiveness completely shut off after week3. I guess its individualOriginally Posted by aadrenaline
yea i didnt notice anything until the end of week 2 and week 3..your right everyone is different.Originally Posted by chest6
I think you will be just fine with the 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. And the Taurine and Potassium looks to be sufficient as well. I am still someone who says to take both potassium and taurine. Even if you dont take it and never seem to get cramps just think, what are the taurine and potassium gonna do? only help. Just take it and prevent cramping all together even if you may or may not need it. good luck there.
Looks good ..
But I've tried the other 6-8 wks of clen (peak dosage=120 mcg ED)with benadryl (every 3rd wk) and that works better for me..and to combat a rebound, While I wean off clen on week 9, I start T3 (cytomel) (peak dosage = 100 mcg ED) for 4 weeks (wks 9-12) to up-regulate the receptors saturated by the clen....then I wean off t3 (wk 12) and jump back to clen to coincide with my PCT (assuming your cycle is 12 wks and PCT 4 wks following)
I always made sure I checked my BP regularly...resting BP, for me, was kept below 140/80 with a HR of 80 or lower...any higher poses too much of a risk

good info bro, but i think people should take the taurine and potassium regardless of cramping or other sides. my reasoning behind this is that even if you're not experiencing any physical sides that would indicate a need for taurine and potassium supplementation, your bodies electrolyte balance or other issues associated with the clen might be present at levels which aren't affecting you enough to get physical ailments from, but can be either hindering your progress or generally negatively affecting your health.Originally Posted by magic32
some extra taurine and potassium couldn't do any harm, so i just advise people to go for it regardless. it's cheap, safe, and i just feel better safe than sorry. as far as the 1000mgs, i typically recommend the 3-5g/day simply because that seems to be the generally accepted dose on most websites regarding taurine dosage while on clen. i honestly couldn't say how much is actually needed and i'm sure it depends on the individual.
i didn't notice any cramping the first time i ran it either for the first few weeks, but now that i've stopped and am back on it now the cramps are insane, going to get some taurine today cause this shits painful, lol feels like my calves are gonna bust outta my leg!
