well, i like to run my clen and t3 seperate..t3 during cycle, and clen starts with pct..clen is slightly anti-catabolic, so this puts me at ease during pct, and that is the time im really trying to start cutting up and losing the excess fat from my cycle..t3 should always be run alongside an AS, to prevent the t3 from eating away your muscle..whats your cycle history?
i am a newbie, i workout very often, and i am overweight, but i am in shape. i can even run the mile in less than 6 min. condition 2-3 days a week... i need to lose the weight and pack on muscle as fast as i can......
I plan to do a clen & t3 cycle for about a month, but while doing so i was planning on taking winstrol as well so i can gain muscle while burning fat. any suggestions what to do i need to lose between 25-35 lbs, but would also like to pack on muscle. If you have any suggestions please let me know what i need to buy before i place my order. Thanks
Hey bro you need to work on your diet and cardio...to lose fat you dont need AAS...rest assured as you're dieting and doing cardio...its almost impossible to pack on muscle.You need to lose fat while trying to keep as muscle as possible....then go from there.

yeah, seriously, at this point, i know it's NOT what you want to hear, buuuuut....you should really go spend some time in the Diet Forum, it's a ways down the list (for some odd reason), but it can help you achieve so much more than you could possibly imagine...
i think you've maybe bought into the hype of all these drugs, as miracle fat-burners...that's not to say that they don't work, however, i took myself from 18%, down to 9%, after my surgery, all natural (heh, and then used t3, prop, eq and winny to drop another 4%), BUT, the key here is, diet your ass off, train your ass off, and then, when you feel you've hit a plateau, go the clen/t3/winny, whatever.....it's soooo possible bro....it's not the easy way, but it IS the best way
yea but i have been working my ass off last few years, i lost over 60 lbs in about a year and a half with no dieting just lifting and conditioning. i really never dieted but i dont eat real heavy anyway. i want to kick it up a notch and get rid of the gut and burn the fat.
Your training won't change much. Your diet will define you. And the two together, you can achieve anything in the realm of possibility. You're looking for the easy way, there's no such thing. So intstead of taking some time out of your day and learning the basics of dieting, you're gonna waste your money on gear and end up worse off than when you started.Originally Posted by Abdullah

You need to slow down, you are in too much of a hurry. Body building is a lifestyle, and not something that can be accomplished quickly.
You seem to be in such a hurry, and not researching what you would be taking. I don't want to see you get hurt, or worse, because you rushed into aas.
Age, stats, and cycle experience should be included.

well, yeah, that's a good start, but after you read those stickies, go ahead and post your actual diet, i mean, EXACTLY...
the reason i say this is because, even though the stickies are helpful, there are some differing, and very effective, alternative ideas floating around that forum (and the stickies are a bit dated)...just a suggestion...
Ditto. I run a more high carb diet when trying going under 10%bf. It works better IMO when you're already leaner to help preserve LBM. But for someone who's never actually been on a "diet", it's a great start to drop into the low teens in bf.Originally Posted by Alpha-Male

hey, exactly! good to see bros still hittin' that forum up...yeah, i keep a good balance in every meal, high pro, mod carb, small fat...same times, same amounts, every friggin' day...tweak it as you go, but works wonders. and yeah, starting out, the stickies r a good template...
