    Oppps, forgot that....yeah STATS???

    Just make sure your food intake and training are set up for bulking or the AAS will not do what you hope it will.

    Diet is the main key to bulking ,the compounds you use come second........

    ive done 4 cycles in the past last cycle ended 4months ago i took test900/wk, deca600/wk and some dbol

    All three workout plans Im sure are good but I am really looking to bulk up in the least amount of time. I will be taking Superdrol while for three weeks and I need to know which plan to follow to see the best results. Thanks all!

    You are new so I won't flame you. But you need to start your own thread and do it in the proper forum. Like the Lifting forum. You will get better responses there.
