    first tren a user

    so ive never ran tren, but im going to try it out, ive taken 3 cycles before in the past...but more for mass...my goals i want to lean out and get my muscles a little bigger...stats
    5'10"
    ~9-10%bf
    190 lbs.

    so id want to run tren a at 75mg ED...what do you think for a first tren user
    and id like to run test ethanate. 750mg weekly...because ive just got best results in the past. also using .25 letro ED...

    and since i want to gain the most of muscle while on tren im thinking of EQ for an extra boost or a similar substitute...yes or no?


    wk-1-8 tren a 75mg ED
    wk-1-14 EQ 600mg wkly ***or something to substitute
    wk-1-16 test e 750mg wkly
    wk-1-18 letro .25mg ED

    Start the Tren at 50mg ED, see how you like sides/gains and go from there, you may find you are growing great at 50 and not need to use more,and you may find the sides at 50 to be very uncomfortable. I like the EQ idea, some would say not to run EQ with Tren due to receptor competition, but I think for the additional appetite and RBC it might be a good compliment to the cycle, run it at 400 when using the tren and bump it to 600 when you drop your tren. Looks pretty good to me 100k

    alright man, thanks. if i dont feel much from the tren should i bump it to 75mg?..but your right...since my body will be sensitive to it...also do you think this would be enough rotation...left glute, right quad, left bicep, right glute, left guad, right bicep and repeat...or will tren sting like no other? and i should do delts and calfs...im too scared to do pecs lol

    Delts are easy. Easier then glutes Imo. Calfs are no-no. Alot of ppl and vets have done numerous cycle never touching the calfs.. Im also scared of doing the chest as well.

    Tren has never been a problem for me as for pain, as for site rotation make sure to only hit each spot no more than once a week, you really should have 8 places you feel good about hitting. Use your smaller sites(tris, bis, delts)for your tren only shots and your larger muscle groups for the higher volume less frequent shots. And yes, if you are tolerating sides good and not gaining much you can bump to 75, but I imagine you won't have to.

    hmm tris seem kinda tricky..for the days i load the eq and test..can i put the tren in there too...i feel dumb for asking this, cuz its i mix it all the time...but just making sure

    Yeah, you can mix all three, this is why you want to save a large muscle group for these shots-and don't go over 3CC in one spot. And no you don't "have to" shoot tris-I was just giving examples-Tossing out Tris/calve and pecs you can still come up with 8 sites-Quad/Bi/Glute/Delt

    ya thats what im gonna do. thanks for your advice...hopefully ill get goin on that soon.

    Be very carerful hitting tri's... u might want to start off splitting 1 shot between both tri's... I shot a cc and a half 1 time and my tri blew up like GV's.... pecs are easy...

    I am a newbie, so I really do not want to be giving advice, but I just want to tell you to be cautious on tren. I had done 2 cycles myself and a friend gave me some tren. I took 50MG ED. I am not an agressive person but I broke my hand punching things 2 times over a 5 week period. I have not punched anything in over 10 years and nothing since. But my short time on tren was just enough to push me over the edge. I am only telling you this story to add to your knowlege but dont think that you wont feel anything at 50MG. I was on 750MG of test per week and 50MG of tren. Also, I was at 205 pounds with 14%BF which is similar to your size. The strength gains are incredible though. Good luck.

    I think 75mg will be fine from the go. I used 75mg my first tren cycle and had no probs I couldn't live with. The sides got bad in my 2nd cycle when I went over 100mg Ed which I don't recommend.

    I only rotated 4 injections sites with no problem. L&R glute; L&R quad

    I would consider starting the tren at 50mg ED. You will feel it...you will see what I mean...you can tell that you are on tren. I have used tren twice. The first time I used it at just 37.5 mg ED with 75 mg of prop ED. I was doing a cutter and strength still went way up. Even at that dose I would sleep about 3-4 hours and wake up and not be able to fall asleep again and my fuse definitely got shorter. The next time I ran it I used 50mg of tren ED. My 4 hours of sleep became just tossing and turning all night and sweating like a mofo, plus I started having really bad mood swings...going from euphoric to wanting to tell everyone off. I backed it down to 37.5 mg again so that I could sleep a little better. Maybe I'm just sensitive to smaller doses...I can't imagine doing 75 or 100 mg's a day. Then again, some people say that they have no problems at 75mg ED...you'll have to find out for yourself. Oh and I would keep the EQ like you have it, so that's it's kicking full out when you stop the tren.

    ok so since some people are sayin do tren at 50 and some are sayin youll be safe at 75...ill just start at 50, and my next cycle with it will be higher...also this might sound like a noob question...would a 25g 1" be good for my biceps and delts?...i usually only do my thighs and glutes with a 1.5" 23g...but since i need to inject everyday...and i need a friend for my glutes...that is why im not gonna do just L+R thighs + L+R glutes...and like shortie said...i need to save my glutes for my volume shots...how easy is the bicep/delt shots...btw..i tried doin my glute myself...very uncomfortable..not a good experience..

    I don't do bis myself, delts are easy-25g 1" is perfect-I can't shoot my glute myself either.

    Meaning, I don't do 'em at all. It's all mental I am sure, but I can hit calves, delts, quads, pec, and tris no problem, but simply cannot wrap my mind around shooting into my bicep, completely effed up, I know.
