T3 Dosages

I have done searches on this website for t3 and I have had no luck, can some on direct me with a link or give me an suggestion on how to dose t3.

I have a bottle of t3 30ml 100mgs/ml. I have never used this, my buddy gave it to me and said have at it, I don't know if this is to much or not enough to yeild results.
