6-7 days at least. There also should be no pain or soreness at the injection site so if it's been 7 days and there is still pain, don't inject.

i rotate btwn 6 inj sites, so i hit one site about once/wk (when doing ED shots)

Depends on size of the muscle injected. I may hit the Quad after 2-3 days at a totally different site on the Quad. But usually I wait 7 days.

I try to go no more than once every week at the same site, but as someone said, if I get back to one and it still hurts I will avoid it until the pain subsides.
