Started this [fiN] cycle on June 23, and I take .75 of it every 2 days.
Stats
Height: 6ft. 2 inches
Weight: was 195, now 198pds
Age: 20
Short-History: Blindly training for 2 years prior to this past year. I started dedicatedly working out after putting research into proper form, workouts, (not the typical beach-body workout) and nutrition.
Goal: Lose 5% bf
I thought maybe you guys would want to know that, but I do train everyday, and my workouts include: Legs, Back, Shoulders, Tris, Bis, Traps, alongside minor cardio.
IF there are other places that I should be focussing on, I guess I don't know any better, or haven't heard it. My shoulder is in a pretty hindered state this past year, as I tore SOMETHING 9 months ago.
Anyways, I don't think I could be doing anything else to enhance these results, as the profile stated the fact that stacking wouldn't have much of a difference; aside from test to enhance mass. I do take multi vitamins and something to help build/repair torn cartiledge.
How long till I start seeing a difference/results from this cycle?
I have never cycled fiN before, so I'm not fully positive on what results/time frames are typical.
(Is it also 100% essential to be knocking fat/sugar off your meal plan while cycling?)
