    helping a bro out

    one of my buddies has 3 10ml bottles of test cyp. @ 250mg/ml...he asked me if he should run all 3 @750mgs for 10 weeks or if thats too much...i told him to go for cause that was my first cycle...does anyone think thats too much for a first timer??

    eh, or maybe 500mg/wk for 12+ weeks??? either way IMO...

    Well cpy is stronger that enanthate by a little so it's usually run first time 400mg EW.

    If its his first, then I think that is way too much! Once you start out with higher doses, it is hard to go backwards and he would get great gains with 500 or even 250 for a first so why waste the Test if you dont' need to???

    on paper, yes it does work out that way, but i seriously doubt the extra 100mg will be that big an issue (no matter what ester)...

    sorry mate imo 750mg test is too much for a 1st cycle,stick to the tried and tested 4-500mg weekly 12 weeks............
    stay as low as you can for as long as you can...........

    well, hehe, since i did my first run at 17, i feel hypocritical sometimes, but i still think you're okay at 19 or 20, depending on your past workout/diet history (as you stated i think)...but he's only been training 3 years...i think he could probably hit 210 or so naturally (well, don't know his height, but...)

    i had been working out since i was 12, not just football season...i had a membership...i was his weight at 17

    i thoguht the difference was for every 100mg of cyp you actually get 70mg but of enan you get 69mg not enough to care about..

    i have this exact story and i agree with the 19, 20 thing.. i think as soon as your groth plates are closed or you are satisfied with your height.. as i was at 6'3" knowing i wouldnt get any taller and i havent regretted it one second

    i did m1t test deca and tren at 17 and i was 210 at 6'3" and i have stayed in the same range sense, on purpose for wrestling (cut to 189)

    run it at 500~ untill its gone. Cyp is a long ester and a heavy one so you dont get as much test.

    750mg is too much for a first cycle IMHO. he might get good gains but you still need to think about the rest of his body (tendons,etc..). i think too much too fast isnt the route to go. do like they said and take as little as possible for as long as possible (not cycle length, number of cycles). 250-500mg weekly should do the trick. remember, most people get the best/great gains off their first cycle, so theres no real need to up the dose to get that extra couple lbs. JMHO. btw im in the process or running sust@500mg weekly for 10 weeks and dbol 40mg/ED for 6 weeks. on day 14, already gained atleast 5 lbs good muscle. from this experience, trust me, he'll get big off dbol and test, just make sure he has a good pct planned.

    the ideal cycle time for a first cycle is 10-12 weeks, not 15

    How about 250mg every 3.5 day=500mg per week thats what Iam doing now, it is also my first time!
