    Cruising question

For those of you that cruise, what are you using and for what duration? I know 250 Test E per week is pretty standard, but I'm sure some of you mix it up. I'm not planning on cruising anytime soon, just curious.

Have read from 125-250 /wk. Depends on goals, what you are maintaining and how long you are planning on cruising~

Even at those low doses, wouldn't your HPTA shut down all year long?

    Yes.

100-250mg/wk is standard IMO. I've seen some UK members on other boards cruising on 250mg/EOD and 500mg/wk Test Enan too.

Yeah, HTPA is still suppressed, but gives the rest of the body a chance to clean out. Cruising is not really about restoring natty test but normal function of organs and normalizing blood levels.

I see. But, wouldn't you have to eventually have to completey stop at some point and do proper PCT to get your HPTA back to normal?

Yes, unless you are on HRT.

I would be more concerned with other blood work as well, especially cholesterol, liver, ect.

cruising/bridging/coasting are not ideal IMHO,its very hard to fully recover when you use these methods especially when you get older, the best gains are produced when your body is fresh and clean from gear if the priming is done correctly gains are amazing with each new cycle,

with every successive cycle after bridging/cruising you will have to keep increasing the dose just to get some kind of gains out of the cycle because basically your never off gear,

Ive been on all year round in the past with bridging cycles together and personally i would rather fully come off recover and maintain without any kind of cruising, the gains are far better and my body responds more,

Why saturate your body with AAS and end up starting hrt sooner? i wouldn't advice any younger BB to start bridging/cruising unless your willing to pay the price of it. your better off using various other compounds to increase Test levels naturally and to help recovery and maintain, all other avenues are worth trying before you think about cruising,

If you compete then yes could be something to look at....otherwise,for the novice person who cycles its just madness

way to long many months, really struggled and when your in this postion its very hard to maintain anything without some form of test so its like 3 steps forward 4 back,

In the long run i dont think its worth it, much shorter cycles are better for me recover fast and maintain, then go back on build more tissue.
