    second cycle-feedback would be great

    Starting second cycle next monday:

    wk1-4 Dbol- 40mg/day- two doses (20 AM/20 PM)
    wk1-12 Eq- 600mg/wk- single injection on mondays (sounds like alot of oil but its only 1.5cc)
    wk1-12 Test Cyp- 600mg/wk- split 300 monday- 300 thursday

    Nolva on Hand

    So how does this look? Also, any comments on the split? I also can grab test enanthate at 250mg/ml (20ml) ....do you think it would be "better to run this" or should I incorporate it in this cycle, if so, in what way? Thanks so much.

    I will post separately about my PCT.

    split your d-bol doses through out the day. are they 5 or 10 mg tabs?

    take a tab eevry 3 hrs

    you should have done 1st cycle test 500mgs week but you didnt and now this is very similar to your 1st cycle so MAYBE you wont gain as much as you would have wanted to.

    what were your before and after stats of your cycle?

    and what are your stats now?

    cycle looks good dont over analize it its fine and just train your but off and get you proper food intake and rest and youll be great!!! good luck!! as for test e vs test c everyone is different try it it works great for me but some prefer test e???

    the d-bol is actually an oral liquid so I will be pulling out 1/2 CC in the AM and then again in the PM so I can split the dosage. So should I leave the test e completely out of the cycle then and just use it next time??? thanks for the feedback

    well if it were me id replace the test c you have with test e instead.

    What are you saying? That since he has only Test C if he doesnt have Test E he should drop the test... Im not seeing the logic of your statements regarding test e and test c...

    I said (If it were me) I would go with test e instead of c and most people would choose that path as well.

    I didnt say do it. He said he can grab both so there for I said go with test e if you can if not no biggy same shyt.

    I never once mentioned drop the test. Your putting words in my mouth bro!! dont jump into conclusions please. I just said I'd go with test e as oppose to test c if you can if not its okay run the test c.

    You need some kind of test in almost every cycle so I would never tell him to completly drop the test!

    So, I am going to drop the test c and run test e. How many mg? As for stats I am 6 foot 180lbs about 9% bf. My goal is to be 210 lbs. at less than 7% bf, but that will not happen after this cycle. As for this cycle I am hoping to gain and keep 15 lbs of lean muscle mass while keeping bf around 9%. Does this seem reasonable or am I underestimating the cycle strength? I am hoping to keep bf as low as possible during this cycle although I will be consuming 4500 cal per day through six meals. Any suggestions aside from eating clean and morning cardio? I know eq induces appetite increase. Also, would you consider this a cutting cycle or a bulking cycle or neither? Thanks.

    keep at the same dose with the test e. Your goal is almost impossible bro. 40lbs and 7bf? meaning everything you gain is muscle. I dont think you will gain 40lbs of muscle. Maybe 15-25 if you have amazing diet and training after this cycle.

    at your stats Id bulk with this cycle then next cycle I'd cut.

    everything seems to be in order your just being overly paranoid. stick to your info i.e diet,training,cycle and you will gain muscle,increase of strength,size etc...

    dont have a goal in mind if i were you or atleast that big kind of a goal cuz it can play with your mind.

    The next sentence after the one that you put in bold states my goals for this particular cycle. I think you will find them much more reasonable. Ultimately I would like to be around 210-220 with under 7% bf and this may change. By the way, would you recommend I add anything to this cycle? Possibly, clen or t3/t4 or anything else? Just want to make sure I am doing this as thoroughly as possible. Thanks again.

    15lbs of muscle you will get if your diet it 4500 and a good one. so your bulking ? if so then leave the clen out and use it on your next cutting cycle.

    Yes, I am bulking. Any other suggestions or products I should incorporate into my cycle knowing that I will be doing a big bulk?

    no stick to this cycle dont over due it. it will work for you.
