I went on a bulking cycle with test prop. Went 10 weeks. Went from 207lbs to 235lbs. bulked up quite a bit and gained a lot of strength. I didn't keep up with my cardio so I put on some extra flab.
My question is should I wait to start dropping my calories and doing cardio until after pct or should I start dropping calories and doing cardio in pct or just wait till my next cycle and do a cutter?
