    Drink PWN shake right after weights or cardio? In between? fat loss? help!

    The never ending quesiton that I get different answers for all the time. I'm lifting weights, afterwards, I hit cardio to take advantage of fat burning process. (currently on a diet). At the same time, i want to spike insulin levels after workout and combine protein no later than 15 mintues after workout to get best possible anabolic effects to build muscle or limit muscle loss during the diet. Of course, if I chug a shake full of protein, carbs, and sugar right after my last dumbell curl, and then hit cardio right after, I will be too full to hit cardio, and probably won't make any sense since I want to hit cardio to burn more fat after lifitng weights, but the shake will probably interfere with that. If I wait after cardio to drink the shake, I may loose potential gains in muscle becuase I didint drink the shake (right after weights). Can I drink the shake right after cardio, or after weights? Or do I just have to say screw it i have to make a choice simply because I'm in a diet and Im not going to get bigger?

    Again, i know the ideal time to hit cardio is in the moring on empty stomach, but assuming I can't do that...what would you pros recommend?

    P.S. Currently on 80mgs of anavar , clen , some ephedra, clean diet, and my main goal is to lean out as much as possible. Not competition or anything...

    The best solution would be cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and a pro fat meal after that, and then weights in the evening and a dex whey shake after that.

    In your case, do the weights, then the cardio, then have a dex pro shake, but its a half-assed way of doing things if you want big results.

    Good advice here. I would split cardio from weight training - morning / night or by days.
