Need to know if this cycle is right

173 lbs. bodyweight
5'9 height
3 years of lifting
Started at a bodyweight of 133 lbs.
Have used creatine products
Did a cycle of 1-Ad
Did a cycle of Phera-Plex

I would highly appreciate any help you guys could bring me. I'm going to write the cycle I plan to do and tell me about the wrong things of it and such.

Weeks 1-4:

Sustanon250 at 250mg per week
Dianabol at 35mgs per week

Weeks 5-8:

Sustanon 250 at 500mg per week
Deca-Durabolin at 300mg per week
Winstrol Dep. at 200mg per week

Weeks 9-10:

Deca-Durabolin at 200mg per week

Nolvadex 10mg/Proviron 25mg from weeks 5-12
Clenbuterol for weeks 9-12

PCT: HCG and Clomid

run a single estered test first like e or cyp...not sust, you need to know how your body reacts to each ester of test first

Thanx...but I guess there were some misunderstandings:

Deca is actually ran for 6 weeks, not 5
Dbol is ran for 35mg daily bro.
Winny is ran for 4 weeks.

dude....don't waste your time and money,...go to the newbies cycles,read,learn.
Simple is better,you have a bunch of shit in ridiculous doses...wtf is D-bol 35mg a week...a week ???...are you shure about that ???
...go simple like T enant 500mg/week and D-bol 35mg/DAY !!

I don't know what you are trying to achieve with all that gear.
If it's 1st cycle run
1 - 4 dbol 30mg ED
1 - 10 Test Enanthate or Cypionate

Just run a test only cycle for your first. Either cyp or e at 400-500mgs/week is plenty and you should see good gains off of that.

Why are you guys skipping the Deca?? I've heard incredible things from it and not a single side effect from the people I've talked to. I also own two e-books from Author L. Rea and he actually recommends a similar cycle like I described above. I'm seriously confused!!!

Because this is your first cycle. There is no need to stack for your first. You will make great gains using test only. Even the mods/vets in here would probably agree with this.

there are sides to deca bro.limp noodle and i got alot of acne from it. but for someone who is taking their first cycle thats alot of compounds. if you want sus so bad make sure you knwo exaclty what it is. im not saying you dont but its a multi ester test. instead of having your body have test coming at it at a bunch of different times for your first run... wouldnt you want you r body to just have one test coming at it at once. you can also gause sides this way... i get acne from T E/C but i dont get it from prop. those types of personal tests are hard if not impossible to do when you are running sus for a first timer.

dbol is fine.. im sure you meant 35 a day not a week. and winny you prob want to run longer.

The problem is I don't know if my source can get me some single estered testosterones. He told me he has Sustanon 250, Deca, Dianabol, Anadrol and Winstrol.

Should I avoid the Sustanon at all means?? He told me that Sustanon was actually more effective than Test Enanthate because the short acting Test. Propionate on it would make the substance to kick in much faster than the others.

Hey bro, first of all i am glad you took the great advice from the members here, some of the advice on here is actually given from first hand mistakes that they have made not just book learnin...secondly even though you should most definatatly go with a test only, if all you can get is sust, then i would actually have no problem with reccomending that...that was my fiirst cycle, before i knew better, and i got good gains but i wish i would have waited to get a single test because i would have like to see how i react to a single test first instead of a compound....basically, try and wait and find either test e or test c, you will be happier with your results for sure, imo....

sust is a blend of four different test esters at once, yes it has prop in it but it also has less of a few others, you dont need to avoid at all cost, and later on it will be a good compund once you see how you react to single esters first, but for now try and stay away from it for a while, send it to me i will hold on to it for ya...

Its not that its more effective...but he wasnt lying about it kicking in cause of the prop.bro if you cant get anything else then 500mgs of sus divided in 2 shots will do.I would hold on to the other stuff for later on ....see how your body responds that cycle first.also make sure you have your pct before you start anything.
