Anavar Cycle Qs.
Whats up Bro's!
Im about to do var 80mcg ED. but wanted to know how I should split the dose up. Should I take 40 am then 40 pm or all at once? Also, as for PCT im planning to do nolva 20mg ed for 2wks. Is that good enough? Thanks!

I took tribulus 5 grams ed while on due to the fact that it could surpress you, followed by clomid for pct.

I personally like spreading it out evenly over the entire day, so i would take 2 pills at breakfast, 2 at lunch, 2 at supper and 2 when getting back from the gym. Thats just me thou !!! I know others that would take 4 in the morning and 4 at night. good to go either way...

80mg a day id a good dose...any more than that will not be beneficial tho.spread it out during the day as much as possible..20am 20 lunch 20dinner 20bedtime. you could do 40 am 40 pm without any issues..depends on how ur day goes. run trib along with it & clomid for PCT should be fine..sorry scottrox..I guess I was typing right when u posted!!! Thanks for the info bros. Im going to be running it for 8wks. BTW, its in liquid form. All im going to use for pct is nolva at 20mg ed for 2wks. Looks like ill spread it out like getnjakked said 20,20,20,20 throughout the day. Im just a lil worried about its affect on my type of workout, I dont lift. Im taking boxing 3 times a wk, 2hrs each.

If all you will be doing is strictly cardio really,it will help you lose some weight & maybe harden u up a bit being that boxing is good cardio & muscle usage.dont be looking for any strength gains or muscle building without weight training on var.

splitting it up will only help you keep things more stable. i like to do 3x a day.
PCt looks ok. depending on your history witht he compound. if you have trouble recoverign in other PCTs you may want to add liek 50mg clomid ed or some aromasin at.25mg ed... somethign a little extra...

i think he meant Aromasin for pct because of its ability to raise natural test levels not for use as an anti-estrogen because as you say it doesn't convert anyway

so you training routine while on VAR 80mg ED...will be cardio 3x a week & weight training 2x a week?? is that correct??

Boxing isnt really fully cardio. We work all muscle groups with heavy medicine balls, so muscles do get worked on. The cardio really comes in the ring and jump rope.
Yeah, I'll be lifting 2x wk. I havent came up with a schedule on whhat Ill be working on those 2 days yet.

i guess my question then would be ... what are your goals with this cycle of VAR since you wont be doing much strength training? what are you looking for the var to do for you??

I need to get my weight down and gain strength. Im sure Ill gain muscle with my diet and intake of protein, etc.

how high is your weight?? If you are looking to lose weight then cardio & diet is 90% fo what you are going for. then var will aid you but its no miracle cure. with 2 days of weight training per week I dont know how much muscle you will gain..keep the diet totally strict & cardio high and you will probly lose weight & maintain you muscle while leaning out..

to be honest.....I dont think you need the VAR to accomplish what you want...I think stick to your training schedule..diet must be strict..& you will burn that 25lbs off in your 8 weeks..save the var for #1-financial reasons #2 you simply dont need it to get where you want to be. after you shred the weight..get another compound to run WITH the var & maybe do a lean bulk come late fall or winter..just my .02cents.

Thank you for your advice. Im still looking to gain strength and muscle along with the weight loss and looking at some of its reviews and the AR profile, this seems to be the stuff that will get me to where I want to be.

sounds good bro...good luck-I'm sure it will work out great!! keep in mind its very hard to GAIN muscle while dieting so much to lose 25lbs..Have at it & try your best!! thats the only way you will know how your body responds to it..make sure PCT is all in order...good luck!!
