How many of you use nolvadex or an anti estrogen during cycle

I do use nolva. Unless its a 19-nor, then I wouldnt. Id use adex.

Im beginning to wonder if I do or not but, probly not worht the risk just to see if I do or not.

Good to have it one hand, but for certain types it's not necessary. Then again, it's recommended to use test (which aromatises) as the base for every cycle, so in that case you should use anti-e's.....But for example, I've run 500mgs/sust a week and not needed any anit-e's, and same with prop, but I guess depends on the person and how much water they retain.

Don't start yourcycle till you have all your needed supplies including PCT. Gyno may not wait for the mail bro.

Letro and arimidex... Tend to use a small amount of arimidex after tappering off letro and into PCT.

But this time using arimidex and the big thing for me is that it has helped my mood swings tremendously while on. Also I dont get raised eyebrows walking into work.

i am going to take aromasin from anabolicreview-research.com, i will have nolvadex on hand and clomid as well. can you take aromasin and clomid at the same time for pct or is that overkill?

I used to run without anti e unless I felt the need(gyno, bloat), but now running higher doses I tyrically run a very low dose course of ldex.

Somewhat contrary to prevailing logic; I run Aromasin during cycle, as well as along Nolva for PCT. Contemporary philosophy dictates one should run 'A' or L-dex during then Mas and Nolva after, however a close look at its properties suggests value during both, and I've never had any significant estrogenial sides with this protocol.

my first 3 cycles i never used anti estrogens. first cycle was deca/dbol, 2nd was deca/winstrol, and third was 750mg sustanon per week. apart from bloat, i never experienced any sides really. i always assumed i would have been prone to gyno as i store fat there right away, and have puffy nipples anyway, but never had any symptoms. now though, i use some form of anti e, just incase. i get on quite well with proviron, and am taking 25mg per day on cycle. next cycle i will likely try arimidex. id say, for the cost, you may aswell use some form of anti estrogen, as the risk of getting gyno is VERY real

i was running .3 l-dex untill signs of gyno in wk 4 appeared then went to .6 and gyno went away.so i would def suggest some anti-e

should be using somethin.Nipples are little itchy and larger than normal no gyno yet.Allways same when 1g test or more ,next time will use nolvadex.

It`s ordinary for me in a cycle.
With it that manke you can charge more with testo.
