2nd cycle help
What up guys
I want to start a 2nd cycle now. Just throwing the idea around as is to what I want to take and how much. I was thinking about test e and deca . I want to add something to get me moving fast. Last time I took test for 10 weeks and didnt really start seeing results till week 8. So will the deca help me see something fast?

cycle history
test e 250. 2x week. 1 cc each shot
and proper pct.
questions
1) how much test e would I need for a 12 week cycle?
2)Should the test be twice a week, and how much each time?
3) deca or dbol ? or both?
4) If I took test and deca would I start seeing gains right away?

Test E is a long ester that doesn't kick in until week 6-8
If you want a quicker start, ( a kickstart) you can add the dbol , but it is mostly water weight gain.
You are still a bit young to be using AAS
What are your goals for your next cycle? That is how you should decide what to use.
What type of gains did you make on your 10 week Test e cycle?
What is your diet like? and training?

my goals for this cycle are about 15 to 20 lbs of good lean mass. I also would like to drop my bf a bit.
I went from 195 to 115 on my last one, its been about 5 months now and im at 205. I got alot stronger and kept a good bit of my gains.
Right now my training is kind of hard cause I am away alot, but I try for 4 days a week. 1 hr hard training each night. and diet is about 3000 cals right now, I will up it of cource, and I try to take in arount 300/400 grams of protien a day when im on my cycle.
my diet is somewhat clean bulk.
so the dbol is mostly water weight gain, but that will lead to what bigger gains in the end?

try dropping the BF before starting a cycle
the dbol will give you the quick strength gains while you wait for the test e to kick in..which should happen around wk 4 or 5
