Thats what I do. And its worked wonders for me. Some will say to spread it out even more. It seems to vary with people. But 10mg 3 times a day has given me 20lbs in 2 weeks!

That's what I thought. I've put on about 10 in 2 weeks or so.

Heres my secret: Milk, Yogurt, Aminos, and Liver Tabs every two hours (every hour if you can!!)
