Spot injecting? Pros and cons? Some info. Thanks!
I have injected in my tris, bis, quads, glute, pecs, and delts.
Does it help to spot inject or should you just stay with the simple places.
The question I have is, does it benefit to do this, for instance, I have problems gettin size on my calves and was ondering if it would help some to inject into them or not.
Just wanted some info from you pros with yalls opinions on this procedure.

Stocky i agree with your pro comment....but as for localized growth me and bino where talking about this and we both kinda think it does work....now it is extremely limited, imo, and needs to be done properly but i believe it does help a bit, and is more than just swelling and bruising...
what are your thoughts on why it doesnt...i am interested in this site growth via injection topic very much...

Well if site growth is NOT a myth, then why isn't my ass the size of a house??...lolol
That would be the main reason I believe it is a myth. The majority of my injections have been gluteal but there is no sign that it has gotten larger because of it.
I would love some evidence to show that it does in fact help, due to my genetically hindered calves

I felt that injecting into my bis and tris helped me out maybe some. But in my pecs or quads I didnt feel that same about. I wonder what the difference might of been?

Sman....you ass is like a stwo scoops of butter pecan ice cream bro
...so i guess site inj doesnt work, but i find my bi's grow better when i use bi injections, but my ass is still as small as it was when i was an 11yr old boy....like i said i am interested in this tiopic very much...i know some of the site growth is swelling and brusinig but your ass doesnt get that either, so it is still up in the air, imo...

I have tried bi and calf injects, and if I thought it would work, i would shoot them and endure the pain. The calf inject was the worst pain ever.....

I wonder if it has to do with that during a workout you might hit the delts more than some other places which makes you work it out more
