For instance.
One of the main reasons some people find that they prefer to be natural is because they associate a certain level of pride from it and that somehow if they choose to use AAS, then somehow this sense of pride or self respect may diminish to some degree.
Making the mistake and error of judgement of not realizing that the pride one experiences from working out is the level of effort one puts into his training.
Only the person training knows if he gave it 100% in any given workout.
You could take 2 individuals, one on AAS, and one off.
Have them both do a half ass workout, and neither one will really experience any pride from such efforts.
Same thing, take the same 2 individuals and have them both give 100%.
Both will experience an increase of pride or self respect, as long as these efforts are in line with their values.
You must become clear on why you want to use AAS.
Is it to impress others?
Or is it to quench your own curiousity and inherent desire to have a bigger, stronger body, or whatever your personal reason is.
Is it to cover and mask an existing inferiority?
Or is the decision to use AAS an extention of one of your virtues?
Are you jumping in with total disregard for your health, or are you taking a balanced approach.
You have to decide on whats most important to you.
The intellegent use of AAS by responsible people is really not that big of a deal once you are educated on the subject and take a broader perspective on the whole issue.
Do you know where your negative view of AAS came from?
Was it drawn from your own conscious and deliberate conclusions?
Or was it handed down to you by the uneducated masses?
Anyways, I could go on.
Realize that the intelligent use of AAS really isn't that big of an issue compared to whether or not you make the conscious choice to be rationaly open minded to all subjects and people and have the intent to consistantly become a better person.
If you think that the intelligent use of AAS will make you happier, then go for it.
I was under the illusion for MANY years that I was somehow moraly better than those who chose to use or.
To intelligently use or not to use however, is not a moral choice whatsoever.
It's only a choice.
Like wearing the blue shirt or the red one.
Depends on the individual.
Ask yourself if your decision is going to hurt anybody else?
Ask yourself if you think you can still get a bit more out of yourself to get the results you are looking for naturaly.
Improving diet, consistancy, focus,etc.
Think about it.
Exercise the most important muscle,...your brain.
Be well.
