hey i read what yall said about clen. i have been on it for almost a week. i do cardio daily and have a very hi protein diet. when shouldi expect to really see a significant difference? and what should be the most to expect from a 2week cycle of clen. my dosage is about 160mcg per day. also i have to take about 8 pills to get that much. should i take them all at once an hour before cardio or when. much help needed.. thanks
