whats the highest you have ran clen
So far Ive only been up to 150mcg. I think I could prolly go up to 200mcg

I've done about 220mcg. It is pretty heavy though and my heart was on one hell of a strain. I think you could do 200mcg MAX! Rather keep it lower.

i had no trouble sleeping and i got pretty good results. I went from 12%bf to 9%bf and picked up 3lbs.

Even if clen doesn't give you bad sides, you will reach a point where little or no benefit is achieved from increasing the dosage.

i started my clen 5 weeks ago running the 8 week thing with benadryl every third week. when i took my first dose i thought i was taking 80 mgs but it really 200mgs. man it was like my heart was going to beat out of my chest i thought i was going to die well maybie not but i wasint feeling that well.the stuff was potent liquid. im running 120mgs a day and it took about 2 weeks for me to notice.

I think 120mcg was the max i ever did. dont use it that often, just dial in the diet if im about to spill into the next weight class with fat. haha
its pretty powerful stuff, dont abuse it.

I've gone as high as 250mcg/day b4, and I honestly saw no more benefit at that dosage than at 100mcg's. As much as clen works, it's definitely not good for your heart, I no longer go above 100mcg/day no matter what, and I still get pretty sliced
