    Ephedrine

    Is 60mg/day of ephedrine too much??

    Nah, that`s about OK. I would recommend 50 mg mixed with about 200 mg of coffein 3-4 times a week (typically before working out). Take 1-2 weeks off when the effects wear off.

    ive taken 50mg a day.
    start at 25mg then bump it up after about a week.

    i would take benadryl for one week, starting on the third week
    and then again every three weeks.

    stack it with some caffeine (200-600mg) and asprin (81mg)


    i would take this eca stack upon awakening and go do some cardio

    then come home and have breakfast. i would take another dose with my third meal.

    don't take it to late, it may keep you awake.

    my friend who supplied it says he did 90 for 4 weeks. i think thats overkill.
    im doing my 2nd week now and just brought it up to 60ed. thats the highest i'll ever go. and ya, take it with caffeine and apparently potasium helps lower sides. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off sounds good?

    if you use benadryl you don't need to take 2 weeks off
