Sustanon PCT

Hey Everyone
I just took my last shot of Sustanon 2 weeks ago, 500mg a week for 10 weeks and gained about 17 lbs and in a week I'll start my PCT but all I have is 50, 20mg tabs of Nolvadex to work with. Any help on how to take them would be great. I heard 40mg - 10 days and then 20mg for 20 days. Any help would be appreciated.

Also anyone know how long it takes for your natural test to start up again?

Try checking out the pct forum

I have ran pct with nolva and trib and had good results but that is not something I would suggest to you nor is it the way I run it now

One last question, Does anyone know the approx time it takes for your natural test to kick in again, I heard about a 3-4 weeks if you run a good PCT, any answers would be greatly appreciated, Thanks again

That varies from person to person

I recoupe most of the time within about 3 to 4 weeks depending on what my cycle was and what I used for pct

But you should run your pct until you feel that you are back to normal

I would not limit pct to 3-4 weeks

Day 4 -21:50mg ED
