    3rd week of 450mg deca

    today is going into my 3rd week of about 450mg of deca a week and im not really feeling it much, any input?

    How is your diet? How much protien are you taking in? Are you using deca alone? If so....why? How did you come up with 450mg/week?

    Today is the beginning of my third week of a SUS/deca /dbol cycle. I've felt the dbol since day one but am still waiting for the Sus and Deca to kick in.

    My diet is decent, i have one cheat day on friday, other than that i eat about 250-300 g of protein a day and 3000 calories, usualy from lean meat, fish ect. and yes im taking deca alone, and the 450 is 1.5 cc's of 300 mg first week was 300mg second 450.....

    decca takes a while to kick in it should kick in somewhere around the 4th or maybe even 5th week

    is that when i will start seeing weight gains, b/c i have only gained like 5 lbs so far
