    another cycle question

    i am plannin on running:

    1-14 test e 500mg/wk
    1-14 eq 400mg/wk

    my question is i want to throw in some win but when should i do it?
    i know i should do it later in the cycle but when exactly and what mg and eod or what?
    also got some clen .. should i use it sometime in pct or when? thanks

    my bad knew i forgot somethin haha. i am 6'3 234 and not sure about body fat but i can see a little bit of my abs.. ran 4 cycles in past

    mainly test by itself.. i have been gradually easing into it.. i have done win with test last cycle

    this is how'd i'd run it....

    1-14 test e 500mg/wk
    1-14 eq 400mg/wk
    13-16winny 75mg ed
