Why do you lose gains?
Lets say you do a cycle of 10 weeks as follows
week 1-4 dbol at 40 mg
week 1-10 test at 500mg
week 1-10 deca at 300-400 mg
Never having done this cycle, I imagine that you would get great gains initially as the dbol kicks off the cycle. Since the dbol is only taken weeks 1-4, should anything be taken at the end of the 4th week, such as hcg , to minimize loss of gains.
Also, let suppose I do this cycle (my second). I've been working out hard for 2 years, and not so hard for 3 years before that and I'm 6'3, 238, 10% BF. With a solid diet of 5000+ calories, good rest, mind blowing workouts, and starting clomid therapy at the appropriate time, why wouldnt you keep almost all of your gains (minus the water weight)?

cuz you ain't got the roids in you like you did while you were on a cycle..
having that extra 800mg of foreign substance in your body each week makes a world of difference...

And sometimes i think some people include water weight in their "gains"
but foreverblast is also correct

I would personally say that the vast majority of the lost gains are completely the fault of CYCLEON. I'm not sure how he does it but I recommend keeping an eye on him.

That is the key right there bro.
I personally do not put a shit load of faith in a scale I go by the mirror!
And most "lost" gains I think are purely water loss.
Think about it you can't build tissue during a cycle just to lose it in a few days or weeks. The pump look and water retention look may dissipate but not any actually lean muscle mass!!!
Just IMHO of course.

The key to keeping gains is DIET. Plain and simple.

I think most losses are water as well and most lean muscle losses is due to lack of diet or inproper nutriton and the lack of working outwith less intesity!
if u just loose everything after u stop taking the roids it honestly makes roids pointless to take unless you want to take them for the rest of your life!!!!!
