Which is better, T-3 or T-4?

I'm not running any GH or IGF at the present time, just juice. Here is exactly what I'm using -400mg/wk EQ
    - 300mg/wk prop
    - 100mcg clen cycled on and off every 2 wks
    - 60mg anavar/day
-40mg winny caps ed starting 6 weeks out
    - starting masteron at 100mg eod next wk(which will be 7 wks away from show, dropping this 10 days out as it's a masteron propionate blend)

I'm cutting up aright for the minimal amount of gear I'm running, however need to drop another 25 lbs in 8 wks to make light heavyweights. I would like to incorporate some T-3 or T-4 into my cycle but dont know which would be better for my situation. I have run T-3 in the past, but I have to do it in small amounts as it seems to flatten me out and strip muscle if I go too high.

T4 will just turn into T3 the think is that you dont really know how much T4 your body will convert into T3 so I would just take the T3 and try to get a lower dose this time.

If you're consuming above maintenance calories.. i'd say go with t4.

If you're a sub-maintenance dieter... go with t3 but don't go overboard with the dosage.

I find the guys on these forums use simply too much t3 period... too much of most compounds in general

I ran t4 in the past and had very little results. t3 worked mush better, and I only went up to 75 mcg per day.
