PCT start time taking sust ending with winny

my current cycle is ending in 4 days but my question is when do i start my PCT

weeks 1-4 dbol 40mg ed
weeks 1-12 sust 250mg e3d
weeks 9-14 100mg ed

if you are supposed to start PCT 28 days after last sust shot and the start time for PCT is 24 hours after last winny shot

here is the question:
abviously i ended the sust only 14 days before i will be ending the last winny so...do i start PCT 24 hours the last winny or do i wait for the 28 days to elapse from the sust shot????

start HCG right after winny. run it for 16-18 days, then start nova for the next 20 days. and take clenbuteral the whole time.

PCT time for sust is 18 days after last injection
and 24 hours after last Winny dose, so just time it so the last winny dose is 17 days after last sust inject
