    Using a Suana to reduce water retention.

    I dont where to post this but itdoes involve the after effects of gear.

    well, I was wondering since ppl complain about water retention,, cant they just use a suana to remove all that water traped?

    same with a sweat suit that u can get from like sports authority, just get some Under Armour for underneath, works well!!! that way you don't have to spend 20 minutes in the damn sauna, just keep moving in the gym

    IMO it may actually have a reverse effect, yes you would lose the water you sweated out, but your body will actually retain more of the water you consume after this in response to the dehydration tactic used.

    its been my experience that it comes right back. for me there is really no way to eliminate water retention while on bulking steroids , you just have to accept it.

    definitly agree, but it does help. helps minimize the levels especially if you are drinking as much water as you are suppose to, i drink about 2.5-3 liters of water a day.
