when i was in school, i cycled up and down but from what i have read most are straight forward(i.e. 400-500 mcg) per week first week then followed by pct. is cycling up or down out... please inform

...er north or don't know where they went LOL. I did eat good 95% of the time mostly of 5k calories a day.
