    Liquid Clen Question?

    Just bought the liquid clen from this web-site and it is a spray bottle, 200mcg per ml.......well how many sprays does that equal??????? it doesnt say anything....anyone have any experience with this?

    1 pump = 20mcg. you need to start LOW and work your way up
