Just read your profile so this is your first cycle.. You could just keep it simple and just run test for a first go at it IMO... You might want to use cyp or test E for a first cycle since prop is best pinned ED .. You can run 500 mg per week for like 10 wks.. Since you only been training on and off for a year you might want to stay natty for awhile .. Also since your weight is only 165 lbs you should be able to yeild great results through diet and training alone ..... You may not be ready to juice yet as what you want to achieve can be accomplished without AAS...

when you reach 200lbs with an respectable BF you are definatly good to go. Take your time and go natty a lil more. you will be thankful you did in the end..

Ok, your 21, training 1 year, no porevious cycles.

I think that you should concentrate on your diet and training, leave AAS for a couple of years. I know you probably dont want to hear that but it really is the best thing you can do. You have a lot of natural progress to make IMO.

i wouldnt even worry about 20bs, put on as much natural size as you could i the next 2 - 3 years, when you plateu, than consider AAS, there is alot you can do natural first, so dont be so eager to use AAS,not yet, you are young and your natural test levels will provide you with good gains for now

Guy did you read any of the posts before you???His stats,age??he is not ready for AAS right now,Some prominenet members also told him to wait...This is about the third post ive seen from you that suggesst you know about as much as he does!!!
