I think I have some scar tissue build up in my quad. Its been a while since i have injected anything, but when i did use AAS i was young and didnt know $hit. I found this board after i used the gear and have learned a lot that i wish i wouldve known before. came across some scar tissue posts and im pretty sure i have some in my quad. is there anything i can do?

Nothing that I know of. Try moving a few inches up or down along the muscle. Also, just rotate injections sites frequently and/or just lay off quad shots. Many other easy sites.

There is not much that can be done. A minimal amount of scar tissue can disolve over time but it cannot be prevented.
