nope.. you are good to go.
expcept for metribolone where you should keep the temp low..

I ask because I thought that heat effected them when in the initial creation process but I wasn't sure if it does after they are "created".

most hormones are heat-stable expecept those that have a trinone-system (i.e. all kinds of Tren) so there is no problem reheating them. when i started homebrewing a while back i did this myself with no problems.
