Second Cycle Help

Hey guys, I need some help with a cycle. I have only cycled once before and that was about 3 years ago. I had my friend set everything up for me as he had been doing it for a long time. Well, he has since moved and I need some help planning my first cycle in 3 years. I already have the supplies; I just need help arranging how I should cycle them. I have listed them below:

3 10ml bottles of 250mg Test E
200 pills of 10mg T-Bol
100 pills of 50mg Clomid
100 pills of 10mg Nolvadex

Also, if you could add details on when and how much of the Nova and clomid i should use.

test e@750 week 1-10
t-bol@50mg, week 1-4(I have heard of people running it up to 6 weeks but as its your 2nd cycle I wouldn't see the need to)
Cycle 2
test e@500 week 1-12
t-bol@50mg, week 1-4
I would go with the 2nd cycle

I think cycle one is to short. I would either do 500mg for 15wks or 625mg for 12wks.
