Letro applied directly to problem
Anyone had any good results applying Letro directly to the nipple??
I'm using Aromasin as my AI but just curious if applying Letro directly to nipple will maybe get rid of a little puffiness..
Any thoughts?
Appreciate it

You need to put something on first that makes it topically available....i.e. phlojel

I have heard of people using a certain transdermal letro/ aromasin /DHT anti gyno cream and having good results.. But not sure about just using letro topically .... But will bump for more input!!!!

Actually it was an source selling this stuff rather than a research company...So i doubt he can share. Does anyone know if the transdermal application has localized effects?

Obviously this won't work with an AI like letrozole . Think about it, estrogen is aromatized from testosterone everywhere in the body, not just the breast area. The estrogen is transported through the blood in your body, so no matter where it is created, it can wreak havoc in your nipples if it is brought there via the blood.
To pull off this trick, one would have to use a SERM in the transdermal gel/cream - that might work as you could flood the estrogen receptors and render them inactive.
