i just got my winny and am not sure when to take. the bottle says two tabs a day. should i take both in the morning or 1 in the morn 1 at nite. two hors before workout etc. ? whats the best way?

i would take 1 tab in the AM, and 1 in the PM
you planning on taking anything else with it?

Spread it out about 6-8 hours apiece.

Yeah I know people who take like 5 tabs a day. I believe they are normally 20mg right? Maybe 25? Definetely spread it out, I take my Winny right in the morning at like 8 am and again when I get out of work,about 5 pm. I don't think the half-life is any different than the injectable.
