Help on first cycle.
I will start of by stating my stats. I am a 29 year old former athlete(football). I wiegh 295 at this point. I work out 6 days a week, with a modest amount of cardio. My diet is fairly clean, I eat a well balanced amount of carbs versus protien, with my protien intake being about 2 grams per lb. My hieght is 6-0, simply put I am already a big boy. The last three years in the gym have been good to me in the gym, but I want more. I ma no longer chasing NFL dreams, nor am I drug screened at this point, so why not get huge? I have researched fairly extinsevely on the topic of "(GEAR)" and feel I am ready to make a huge step in my wieghtlifting endevours. I would like to keep my first fairly safe with low estrogens, so here is what I have copmpiled for my first:
cycle 8 weeks-
Deca 200mg/ a week for 8.
D-bol tabs 5 tabs week 1 and 8, 6 tabs weeks 2 thru 7.
winstrol week 4-8 150 mg/ week
Does this seem to be a good cycle? Or should I do some test for first? Is my winny good at once a week for shredding? I have heard that you should inject daily. Sorry for the long post. but thank you fior your time.

yeah, you need some test in there first..for a first cycle go with
1-12 test e/c @ 500mg/wk (250mg every 3.5 days)
save the deca and winny for another cycle
yes, winny should be shot ED, and some say 2x a day

the purpose of running only 1 compund for a first cycle is so you can get an idea of how diff aas will affect you..as long as diet/training/rest is on point, you could easily gain 20 lbs on the test e or c only cycle

Will i need post treatment like clomid after a test only cycle? Should I run it with the d- bol?

yes yes yes, you will most definitely need some post cycle therapy ..click clomid and you can buy everything you need..
but first head to the PCT forum and read up on how/when to run a proper PCT
make sure to up the cals and train hard during pct to keep your gains
yes you could run dbol w your first cycle, i would do it like
1-12 test e/c 500mg/wk
1-4 dbol 35-40mg ED

i'd just stick with test at 500mg a week imo. maybe add the deca if you want but test alone would give great results as long as the diet stays in check

So it looks like :
Test for 12 weeks 500 a week
d-bol weeks 1- 4 only at 35 40 every day?
Should my test be eth. or cyp?

id go with test e and lose the dbol . just run the test e at 500mg per week for 12 weeks.

My shoulders are my best asset, 56.5 inches to a 54 inch chest taper. The waist could use work, but with my shoulders so wide it is hard to see my extra beef. Would like to put on 20- 30 lbs mass then cut.

Hey bro...the cycle that tone mapped out for you is on the money...however roidattack took the words out of my mouth when he said to bring your BF %down before you start any AAS...the lower the fat the lower the estrogen.

hit up a solid diet and cardio and you can take alot of it off naturally.

Dude at high BF%...Your blood pressure could be a problem even with only Test E or Cyp...This is stated from experience...I spent my whole first cycle fighting it and stressing about it....
Most say 15% is ideal to start....myself I'd be happy with 19%.

I wouldnt touch clen at that bf%. Get your diet in order and hit the cardio hard. Might not be a bad idea to do some circuit training as well right now.
