I have cycled a couple times already but was wondering what are some other good legal supplements to use during and after my cycles? I know these questions probably get asked a lot, but I am a newbie at all of this and would appreciate the help. I'm taking Testosterona 200, L- Glutamine, and eating a good amount of protien and salads spread out through the day. I'm trying to get my body fat down a little bit right now too for the more cut look so I run about 2 to 3 miles a day on top of lifting for about an hour a day. I also have noticed some hair loss and would like to know a little more info on preventing that. I know these are simple questions but I would appreciate any feedback. Oh, and I'm also 21 years old, 6'4", and about 235 lbs if that helps any.
