    hawthorne berry

I run higher bp even when not cycling. During cycles my blood pressure was getting out of control. I tried hawthorne berry as a last resort. I saw my doc the other day after working out hard and taking stimulants for the work out. My pulse was high but my bp was 120/70. This is as low as ever for me. I recommend it for anyone who is concerned about high bp.

    dose

I am taking 1000 mg once a day in the evening. I cannot believe it works so well and is not more talk about for the general public. My pressure is about 20 points down top and bottom numbers.

I have the same problem man, high BP even when not on a cycle! Hawthorne is awesome! It takes a few weeks to really kick in but is well worth it...for an even better BP stack take garlic tabs, hawthorne, and CoQ10!!

Been using hawthorne berry as an adjunct to my prescription meds for years. It really helps those that suffer from congestive heart failure. Mamy mainstream health practitioners are starting to recognize it's benefits. Uva Ursi is another good one for maintaining fluid balance.

It helps me a lot. I always talke it. Infact when a lot of my friends get headaches (non AAS users) I give them hawthorne berry and it usually helps them out a lot.
