HI all i am gooing to start my first cycle of DECA DURABOLIN 200mg a week for 8 weeks and was wondering if some of you can tell me what kind of PCT i so do and when it should start during or after the cycle and for how long

Bro if you're going to do deca alone ..i would suggest doing some hcg with it minimum 500iu's a week....maybe get you some tribex(tribulus)....It is recommended to do test for first cycle...but you seem to have your mind made up.For pct ...some nolva and clomid...continue the the trib.

Kind of a pointless cycle man.

Three things I see wrong.

1. Not long enough. 10 min, but i'd do 12 weeks. It will take a while for the deca to kick in and see strength and weight gains.
2. Deca at such a low dose and it's not the best on its own. Bad idea.
3. Keep the deca at 400mg and Throw some Test in at 500mg or Just use Test only at 500mg. Either one will work.

PCT for Deca is 21 days after last injection which is exactly 3 weeks.

That's a good first cycle!

Excellent post bro and very good cycle advise...but all do respect to you..i dont agree...my first cycle was deca by itslef...and went from 180 to 194 in 9 weeks(one of vials broke)...by the way looking good on that avatar.

I didn't say he couldn't run Deca by itself although I wouldn't do it IMO when there are more ideal things to run on their own & better synergistic combations out there,.

I ran Test + Dbol for a first cycle. I wish I would've thrown in Deca as well knowing what I know now.

Test + Dbol + Deca = Massive strength and weight gains for a first cycle!

Test 500mg 1-12
Deca 400mg 1-10
Dbol - 25mg -1-4

I would do 10 weeks at 300mg/wk if you are going to do deca alone. The problem is suppressed HTPA which may cause sexual disfunction. That is why people usually suggest using test with deca. I mean even if you used a low dose of test, say 250 mg/wk it would be better than none. It may just save your sex life a little.
