OK this is my first cycle ever! so i am a newbie.We started out with 1cc per week of test then bumped up to 1.5 on 3rd week and on the 4th started deca 1cc and 2cc's of test!.I am 6'1" 235 before i started the cycle! here are my questions
should i do more of either?
also i work out m-f i work my ass off in the gym about 1hr-1 1/2 per day is that to much??? and how should i be working out?
we are getting ready for week 5 i have noticed some gains but nothing to much since no one realy can tell alot when should i exspect to see some???
my buddy has been doing them the same time but just with deca since week 1 and he hasnt did shit!!!!!! and he has gotten major gains!!!
any help would be appreciated!
