    Test/deca Cycle Need Info!!!!

    OK this is my first cycle ever! so i am a newbie.We started out with 1cc per week of test then bumped up to 1.5 on 3rd week and on the 4th started deca 1cc and 2cc's of test!.I am 6'1" 235 before i started the cycle! here are my questions


    should i do more of either?

    also i work out m-f i work my ass off in the gym about 1hr-1 1/2 per day is that to much??? and how should i be working out?

    we are getting ready for week 5 i have noticed some gains but nothing to much since no one realy can tell alot when should i exspect to see some???


    my buddy has been doing them the same time but just with deca since week 1 and he hasnt did shit!!!!!! and he has gotten major gains!!!

    any help would be appreciated!

    your using deca and test, right? what is the dosage p/ml (cc) i.e 100mg, 200mg p/ml in the deca and what test are you using and what strength is it?

    the test is the **** ***** stuff i think it is 250 ?? not sure though!


    and dont know in the deca i will know as soon as i get home!

    the dosage of test seem's ok, 500mg's a week, check out the deca , i'd do 300 or 400mg a week. check your diet, are you consuming enough calorie's and protein?

    im dont have a set diet but i try and eat plenty of protien with a few protien shakes a day!

    i am on week 5 i have came from 238 to 250lb


    i work out 5days aweek is that to much!

    5 days a week is fine.
    Keep intensity high!

    I think you could improve your diet a lot, you dont want to put on too much fat that you will have to cut down later,..

    Morpheaus dosage advise is spot on.

    I wonder why you even started a cycle without knowing how to train and eat correctly "and how should i be working out?"

    Nevertheless it is better to ask now, then to never ask at all. Head to the training and diet section to optimize those basics and you will see even better results from your cycle.

    well my buddy who is doing it with me has trained about 5 years ago and knows what he is doing as far as how to work out and all but never tried any of this stuff!


    how would you guys recommend eating?

    What on earth are you complaining about. You have gained 12lbs in five weeks !!!! What exactly are you expecting ?

    yea i guess i should not complain!


    i am starting to notice more gains!

    its seems weird sometime i feel big and then sometimes i feel small! is this normal or what?

    i did check the test it is 275! i just bumped it up to 2.5cc's a week
