Hi, i am needing information about the correct way to solve my problem.

i am on eq and 500mg test cyp, i am retaining so much water my face looks terrible. i am considering switching to test prop, but it is a lot more expensive, then i hear about letro. if i use letro with test cyp will it take away the water as much as test prop and letro?

i also just started nolvadex today, im not sure if this only helps with gyno or also water retention.

i am bulking, i guess my question is what is the best way to do this with minimum fluid rentenion, or is there really no way aorund it while bulking?

Use Armidex... .5mg-.25 mg ed... you should be good

yes use either ari or letro + drink enough water + watch your diet. With a good diet (less to medium carbs) it is less likely you will retain a lot of water.

I like the combo of these. Use adex, drink tons of water, and diet. Lay off the salt.

Nolva will help with water retention, give it a week or two.

Agree with all of the above...but I bet its your diet..post your nutrition plan in the diet forum please..and lets take a look at it.
